IT Business Analyst

Greater Vancouver Area 
Contract – 8 months

Role Description:

  • The IT Business Analyst is accountable for gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements for large and/or complex IT projects while producing high quality documentation and providing subject matter expertise in one or more key areas to IT teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to contribute to the achievement of client’s organizational objectives.
  • A minimum seven (7) years of business analysis working experience in large IT projects in a complex enterprise environment or equivalent.
  • Liaise with internal and external teams / vendors on data migration and system interface activities to ensure dependencies are understood, addressed, and requirements are correctly communicated and recorded using documents such as Business Requirements, Functional and Non-Functional Requirements, Data Requirements, Business Scenarios and Use Cases, Requirements Traceability Matrix, Functional Specifications, and User Interface Specifications.
  • Assist with testing, including creation of test documentation such as Test Plans, Test Scenarios/Scripts and Test Reports to ensure that the business requirements are met

Jr. IT Business Analyst

Greater Vancouver Area 
Contract – 3 months

  • A minimum two (2) years of working experience as a Business Analyst in small to medium technology related projects in a complex enterprise environment or equivalent.
  • Produce high quality documentation such as Governance documents, Process Impact Assessments, Process Maps and Designs and follow through on deliverables with stakeholder reviews, approvals, and signoffs so that projects are implemented safely, with quality, within budget, and on time.
  • Liaise with internal and external teams / vendors on data migration and system interface activities to ensure dependencies are understood, addressed, and requirements are correctly communicated and recorded using documents such as Business Requirements, Functional and Non-Functional Requirements, Data Requirements, Business Scenarios and Use Cases, Requirements Traceability Matrix, Functional Specifications, and User Interface Specifications.
  • Assist with testing, including creation of test documentation such as Test Plans, Test Scenarios/Scripts and Test Reports to ensure that the business requirements are met.
  • Provide ongoing clarification and support to the user experience, development, training, and testing teams to ensure correct interpretation of the business requirements and process design and to contribute to their success.
  • Assist the Project Manager with planning activities for subsequent phases of the project; assist the Change Management/Training Lead with communications, stakeholder analysis, change management approach, training, and roll-out activities; contribute to the successful transition to sustainment teams; document meeting outcomes in meeting minutes to enable timely completion of project tasks.

SAP HCM SuccessFactors Consultant

Greater Vancouver Area 
Fulltime – Permanent

Role description:

  • Supporting and delivering projects in SAP Payroll including hands-on support and development. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Functional post-implementation production support for Payroll.
  • Act as a liaison between the project team and the business process owner(s) for Payroll.
  • Participate in strategy discussions and decisions related to Payroll and other HR/Finance functions; Facilitate group discussions related to business process improvement planning or new processes.
  • Develop, document, and maintain functional requirements for subsequent technical development.
  • Coordinate with the Training and Change Management Teams on creating and maintaining training materials, and providing training to end-users; Coordinate and manage integration of Payroll.

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

  • 5 plus years’ SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
  • Experience with integration of HCM with other modules such as FI/CO, PS, PM, SD and PP.
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well independently.
  • Demonstrated positive attitude, integrity, teamwork, and problem-solving.
  • SAP HCM certification preferred.
  • French language ability is an asset.

SAP BASIS Consultant

Greater Vancouver Area
Fulltime

Requirements:

  • A functional/technical professional with at least 2+ full lifecycle SAP S4 HANA implementations and 5+ years of industry and/or consulting experience.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in upgrade, migrations and production support
  • Skilled as a team member, team lead or Project Manager on at least one full cycle implementation
  • Three (3) years’ experience with SAP NetWeaver (client server) technology on a UNIX platform including knowledge of system integration, development tools (ABAP Java, Database analysis), SAP escalation processes and version management.
  • Three (3) years’ experience with Oracle/SQL Server database administration and implementation experience.
  • Three (3) years experience working with Linux OS
  • Three (3) years of experience in a database development environment preferably in object-oriented development languages.
  • A resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.

SAP FI/CO Consultant

Greater Vancouver Area
Full-time

 Qualification and Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of post-implementation support and optimization experience with a comprehensive understanding of functionality and technical configuration in SAP
  • Strong knowledge of SAP financial applications including FI/CO, fixed assets
  • Experience in integrating SAP FI with Materials Management (MM) and Sales & Distribution (SD) and (PS) Project System.
  • Experience in configuring FI/CO modules – Enterprise Structure, General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Asset Accounting, Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center      Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Special Purpose Ledger, SAP Query and Report Painter.
  • Good understanding of ABAP reports, Transactions, Data Dictionary, BDCs, LSMW, Data Extractions, Function Modules and Smart Forms.
  • Conduct training sessions, provide end user training and prepare training documents using RMD uPerform and SnagIt tools.
  • Experience in preparing Functional Specification documents.
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, systematic approach, and ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
  • SAP S/4 HANA experience is an asset
  • SAP S/4 HANA certification is highly preferred.
