SAP MM/WM Consultant

Greater Vancouver Area

Experience Requirement :

        • At least 8 years of SAP experience implementing SAP MM and WM
        • Minimum of 4 full project lifecycles
        • significant workshop facilitation experience and strong verbal and written communication skills
        • strong interpersonal skills including ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-orientated environment
        • Desired industry experience: power utilities experience (Generation, Transmission, Distribution) or asset intensive industry with significant outsourcing of services to contractors
        • Desired Integration experience: SAP / Ariba, SAP / MDG (aka MDM), SAP / Primavera P6/ Unifier, SAP / SharePoint
        • knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint)

SAP HR PY Consultant

Greater Vancouver Area

Role description:

  • Supporting and delivering projects in SAP Payroll including hands-on support and development. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Functional post-implementation production support for Payroll.
  • Act as a liaison between the project team and the business process owner(s) for Payroll.
  • Participate in strategy discussions and decisions related to Payroll and other HR/Finance functions; Facilitate group discussions related to business process improvement planning or new processes.
  • Maintain functional design documents for Payroll.
  • Develop, document and maintain functional requirements for subsequent technical development.
  • Coordinate with the Training and Change Management Teams on creating and maintaining training materials, and providing training to end-users; Coordinate and manage integration of Payroll.

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ SAP HCM experience.
  • Experience with integration of HCM with other modules such as FI/CO, PS, PM, SD and PP.
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well independently.
  • Demonstrated positive attitude, integrity, teamwork, and problem-solving.
  • SAP HCM certification preferred.
  • Spanish language ability is an asset

SAP PS Consultant

Greater Vancouver Area

Experience Requirement :

      • 5+ years of experience in SAP PS
      • At least 3 full lifecycles of SAP implementations in SAP PS
      • SAP business process redesign and reporting for PS framework.
      • In depth design and configuration experience in PS module and its integration with the MM module and supply chain processes including project stock, procurement of materials and services, service entry sheets
      • Understanding of SAP BW reporting for PS including supply chain transactions
      • SAP tools such as LSMW, CATT, ABAP Query, and Report Writer/Painter.
      • SAP Implementation methodology
      • SAP Enterprise Project Connection (EPC), Oracle Primavera P6, Unifier, Sharepoint, Solution Manager Experience is highly desirable
      • Demonstrated positive attitude, integrity, teamwork, and problem-solving


SAP MM Ariba Consultant

Vancouver, BC, CANADA


      • Demonstrated experience with integration of SAP ECC MM with Ariba Upstream and/or Downstream modules
      • Must have experience implementing Ariba modules with integration to SAP master and transactional data.
      • Must understand S2P best practices and how to help business to achieve value.
      • Must have experience communicating with and presenting to executive level IT and business stakeholders.
      • Must have strong analytical/problem solving skills.
      • Must have experience with best practice testing methodologies and executing functional/technical testing.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
      • Must have at least 3 years functional experience with SAP ECC core MM modules with at least 2 years of recent experience with SAP ECC 6.0.
      • Must have in-depth knowledge of SAP ECC: LIV, MM-PUR, and External Service Procurement.
      • Must be knowledgeable with MM/FI integration

Required Skills and Experience

      • Experience with the full Ariba Suite of modules in an integrated SAP ECC environment: SIPM, Sourcing, Contract Management, P2O, I2P, and Spend.
      • Experience developing SAP ECC to Ariba integration with PI or other ESB.
      • Knowledge of integration, function modules, architecture and mapping of master and transactional data.
